General Provisions
These terms and conditions govern the relationship between the jazzbuzz platform and its users. jazzbuzz is an online betting and casino platform that provides cricket betting, sports betting and online casino game services for Bangladeshi users.
In this document, "platform" refers to both the jazzbuzz website and mobile application. "User" or "member" refers to any person registered on the platform. These terms are available in both English and Bengali; in the event of a dispute, the Bengali version shall apply.

Account Registration
2.1 Registration Process
Providing accurate and complete information is mandatory when opening an account on jazzbuzz. The following details must be entered correctly at the time of registration:
- Full legal name (as on your National ID card)
- Correct date of birth (for age verification)
- Active mobile number (for OTP verification)
- Valid email address
- A strong password
2.2 Single Account Rule
Each individual may open only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, jazzbuzz reserves the right to close all such accounts and the related bonuses may be forfeited. If multiple members of the same household use the same device or network, each person must complete identity verification separately.
2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
Before a withdrawal, or for transactions above a certain amount, jazzbuzz may request a copy of a National ID card or other valid identity document. This information is collected for the purpose of financial security and fraud prevention.
Age and Eligibility
If the date of birth provided at registration is found to be false, it will be treated as fraud and the account and any funds held in it may be forfeited. Parents are requested to ensure that their underage children are not able to use this platform.
Any citizen of Bangladesh who is 21 years of age or older and is legally able to participate in online betting activities may register on jazzbuzz.
Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your login details — username and password — completely confidential. Sharing this information with anyone else is strictly prohibited. Passwords should be at least 8 characters long and should be a combination of numbers, letters and special characters.
If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the jazzbuzz support team immediately. You are advised to log out after each session and not to save login details on public devices.
jazzbuzz will not be responsible for any loss resulting from a breach of account security, unless it is clearly proven that the breach was caused by the platform's own systems.
Deposits and Withdrawals
5.1 Deposits
The minimum deposit amount on jazzbuzz is ৳300 (three hundred taka). Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank and other commercial banks). No additional deposit fee applies.
When making a deposit, please provide the correct amount and transaction reference. jazzbuzz is not responsible for delayed or failed transactions due to incorrect information. Depositing from a third party's account is prohibited — funds must only be deposited from an account in your own name.
5.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawal methods are the same as deposit methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit.
Withdrawal requests may not be processed until identity verification is complete. To withdraw bonus funds, the relevant wagering requirements must be met.
Bonuses and Promotions
6.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. To receive this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,500 bonus, and to withdraw that bonus a total of ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000 must be wagered.
6.2 Regular Promotions
jazzbuzz offers various regular promotions, including weekly reload bonuses, cricket festival bonuses, weekend bonuses, special birthday gifts and friend referral rewards. Each promotion has its own terms and wagering requirements, which are detailed on the promotions page.
6.3 General Bonus Terms
- Bonuses cannot be converted directly into cash
- Withdrawals from bonus balance are not permitted before wagering requirements are met
- Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless the promotion's terms explicitly allow it
- Attempting to earn bonuses through fraudulent means may result in account closure
- jazzbuzz reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer
Betting Rules
7.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation
No bet is valid until jazzbuzz confirms its acceptance. jazzbuzz reserves the right to cancel any accepted bet due to a technical error or incorrect odds, and the relevant stake will be refunded in such cases.
7.2 Odds and Changes
All odds are subject to change. Bets will be settled at the odds that applied at the moment the bet was confirmed. Pre-match bets can be placed until the event starts, while live betting is also available during an event.
7.3 Event Cancellation or Postponement
If an event is cancelled or not completed within the scheduled time, bets will be settled according to jazzbuzz's own rules. In general, the stake is refunded in such cases; however, for multi-bets, the relevant selection may be removed and the remaining selections settled.
Casino Rules
The jazzbuzz casino section offers slots, live casino, baccarat, roulette, Teen Patti and other games. Each game has its own RTP (Return to Player) rate, which is determined by the game provider.
If a technical issue or error affects the outcome of a game, jazzbuzz reserves the right to cancel that round and refund the stake. If a connection is lost mid-game, the game round is generally completed and settled according to the result saved on the server.
Live casino games feature real dealers from Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live and other internationally recognised studios. Bet limits in these games follow each game's own rules.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jazzbuzz platform and, if detected, will result in immediate account closure:
- Bonus abuse or bonus harvesting — attempting to meet wagering requirements by exploiting specific odds or game patterns
- Money laundering or depositing funds obtained from illegal sources
- Placing bets on behalf of a third party's account or operating bets under a third party's instruction
- Using software bots, scripts or automation tools to place bets or play games
- Participating in match fixing or any other fraudulent activity
- Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities in the platform
- Operating an account using another user's details
Account Suspension and Closure
jazzbuzz reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice and for any reason. This includes: breach of terms and conditions, suspicious activity, provision of false information and security concerns.
A user may also choose to close their own account at any time by contacting support. If a voluntary account closure request is made, the user will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance. However, any pending bonus balance will be cancelled.
As part of responsible gambling, users may also choose self-exclusion for a specified period.
Limits of Liability
jazzbuzz's maximum liability for any direct or indirect loss, loss of profit or data loss arising from use of the platform will be limited. jazzbuzz is not obliged to pay compensation in the following circumstances:
- Loss caused by the user's own negligence or breach of the rules
- Problems caused by disruption to third-party services (internet connection, mobile network)
- Service disruption due to an unexpected technical failure or natural disaster
- Money lost as a result of normal game outcomes
Privacy and Data Protection
jazzbuzz stores and manages users' personal information with the utmost care. All data is kept secure using SSL encryption and modern security technology. Users' information is not sold to third parties.

Changes to Terms
jazzbuzz reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified by email or through a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes means acceptance of the updated terms.
The "Last Updated" date on this page will always show the date of the most recent change. Make it a habit to check this page regularly, especially during major events or promotional seasons.
